CCW SKILLS CLINIC CHURCH SECURITY

LGRGC is introducing the next iteration of CCW Skills targeted at Church Security Teams.

Ongoing clinics will use practical “real-life” scenario-based stages, and drill-oriented skill building modules, thematically built upon security concepts and training for volunteer church security personnel.

Pre-registration and payment, with the clinic Shoot Master is required. The clinic’s size will be limited. You must currently be on a volunteer church security team to attend these clinics. Additionally, a current CA, valid CCW license, must be presented to attend CCW SC/CS. The firearm used must be on the license. Firearm and license check are mandatory, prestart to participate. An appropriate sturdy gun belt with IWB/OWB holster, preferably Kydex and two magazines will be needed. All draw work is from IWB or OWB CONCEALED wearing comparable garments as one would in a church security volunteer role. Round count variable. Estimate two hundred plus per event.

Cost per event per member $15. Selected Church Non-members $25. Not open to the general public. Guests, including prospects, are not allowed.

New Participant Orientation, license check begins at 1:00 at the Veranda next to the Sign In Shack, with a Safety Brief on the Pistol Range at 1:45 pm. Live dry fire/live fire drills begin at 2pm.

If you are late for the New Participant Orientation or to the 1:45 Safety Brief or arrive without being pre-registered, or without appropriate clothing for the Clinic you will be unable to participate.

Pre-registration is REQUIRED due to the scenario and drill staging set-ups and associated materials required for participants in the clinics.
