LGRGC Annual RSO Refresher  - August 6, 2026 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Training Classroom & Zoom

RSO Refresher required annually for every club RSO. I will open with comments or concerns from the past year and then it will be an open forum for you to discuss whatever RSO related questions or concerns you have.
For those of you who haven't attended before this is not a lecture, or a verbal beat down, it is an open and honest discussion where you will learn from each other and have the ability to make positive changes.
This will be offered a total of 6 times, either in person or on Zoom. RSOs are only required to attend once, but are welcome at all. There is no charge for thisVisit our Coming Events page to register.

Personal Defense Decision Making - Force on Force Scenarios - August 7, 2026 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM Classroom

Test your decision making skills in realistic situations involving other students. We will be using a combination of airsoft pistols and shot indication laser pistols, inert pepper spray, training medical supplies and other tools during decision making scenarios run against other students. I will have protective masks available, but if you have your own airsoft/paintball mask you are welcome to use it. Loose fitting, long sleeved clothes and gloves are recommended to protect yourself against airsoft plastic pellets. They sting when they hit you and are dangerous to unprotected eyes. DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS ABSOLUTELY NO SELF DEFENSE TOOLS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO KNIVES, GUNS, PEPPER SPRAY, TASERS, STUN GUNS, KUBATONS, ETC. ALLOWED IN THE VICINITY OF THE CLASS. YOU WILL BE PATTED DOWN BY A MINIMUM OF TWO PEOPLE PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION IN THIS CLASS. This is a serious class based on realistic real world scenarios, not a first person shooter game trying to see who can fire the fastest. The best outcome you can hope for is that you do not have to draw your training firearm.

Payment accepted day of event. Cash - $20 for members, $40 for non members.  Contact Dave Reed at davereed2010@gmail.com with questions. Visit our Coming Events page to register.
