For Prospective Members

You must reside in San Diego County to belong to the Club. If your mailing address is other than San Diego County, you will be required to show proof of residence in the county.  Once the process below starts, you have 60 days to complete all tasks.

To transition from prospective member to regular member status.

-- Attend a general membership meeting to start the process.  Find the membership chairman and indicate your desire to join the club.  You will be given a activity card to track your progress.

-- Find a sponsor.  Sponsors can be found by attending a LGRGC function that's open to the public or by working with the membership chairman at the general membership meeting to find a sponsor.  

-- You and your sponsor must actively participate in both a shooting or archery event and a work party where range maintenance is performed.

-- The process is completed by attending a LGRGC Board of Directors meeting with your sponsor where you will introduce yourself to the Board.  After your introduction, the clubs Sargent at Arms will sequester you, your sponsor will speak on your behalf and the Board of Directors will vote on your membership application.  

NRA Membership is required for Membership.  Loss of NRA membership will result in loss of range gate access.

Club Fees:

Initiation fee: $100.00

Annual Regular Membership: $150.00 (Membership starts on May 1st and is prorated per month starting in June)
